   Johnny Chen , Chief Operating Officer Johnny Chen is the COO and the head of International Sales for Coventive Technologies. Mr. Chen was formerly the General Manager for the Networking Business Unit at GVC Corp. , one of the world's largest manufacturers of modems. He was responsible for product development , manufacturing , sales and marketing. Prior to that , Mr. Chen held various executive positions at IBM Taiwan during his 26-year tenure there , including Head of the PC Division , Channel Marketing Manager , Public Sector Branch Manager , Business Development Manager , and Mass Marketing Manager. Mr. Chen holds a BS in Applied Mathematics from National Chung Hsin University.
