Dr. Jia-Shiun Chen, a Senior Project Engineer at GM Powertrain, received his Ph. D. in ME from University of Iowa in 1995, MSAM from National Taiwan University, Taiwan, in 1987, and BCE from Cheng-Kung University, Taiwan, in 1983.Dr. Chen began his career with General Motors in 1998 as a analyze engineer with Powertrain,s Synthesis and Analysis.His job function was focusing on the powertrain simulation and vehicle integration.In 2003, his assignment transferred to noise and vibration of engine system and engine dynamics.
