   Jerry Chen's career began as a software engineer at a major mainframe computer manufacturer working in software development. Later he moved to design engineering of laser jet printers and color graphic terminals, subsequently participating in developing software for a major image processing company. His business experience in the electronics industry includes managing legal and financial operations. Mr. Chen joined Mr. Furukawa in 1989 and has been instrumental in supporting resellers in the Far East as well as serving as Project Lead and key developer in the CADVANCE localization projects for both the Chinese and Japanese languages.

   Chen holds MS degrees in Computer Engineering and Chemical Engineering from University of Southern California.
