   Jane J. Chen Ms. Jane Chen is the Head of Research Department of Baring Capital Partners in Beijing Representative Office. Ms. Chen participated in the Chinese Academy of Social Science, and had production in various macroeconomics research projects and business merger and acquisition projects. In her previous work in Beijing Siyan Consulting Company, she worked as an advisor of enterprise strategy management. Before joining Baring Capital Partners, Ms. Chen worked as the Economic Research of the Bank of East Asia Beijing Representative Office. She participated in investment consulting and market research projects. She worked in regular reports on China economic performance, laws & regulations, industrial sectors, banking & finance, etc.
   
   Ms. Chen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Fudan University.
