   James Chen - President and Chief Executive Officer of Vette Asia James Chen joined Vette with the acquisition of Eumax in 2004. While at Eumax, he successfully grew revenue to $14 Million. His extensive experience in the Asian thermal market helped him rapidly grow Eumax as a major supplier to leading OEM's. Mr. Chen founded Birchtek in 1991. Birchtek was a trading company to the Taiwan military market and represented a number of Japanese, European and American companies. In 1993, Mr. Chen recognized the growing need for thermal solutions in the IT market and invented the CPU cooler which became the foundation for a majority of computer cooling solutions. In 1996, he formed a joint venture with Aavid Thermal Technologies and became the Asian President when Aavid bought out his share of the joint venture. As Asian President, Mr. Chen led the company's Asia initiatives, building major manufacturing facilities for heat sinks, fans, and CPU coolers while generating $50M in revenue by 1999.
