James C. Chen - Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Chen brings 25 years of experience in business development in both the domestic and international markets for major corporations in the Internet, Telecommunications and IT industry.

Prior to joining ProtoTerra, Mr. Chen was the Vice President and Co-Founder of Eskopi, Inc., a software development and consulting company.Before that, he was the Business Development Vice-President and Co-Founder of New Era Communications, Inc., a cutting-edge telecommunications firm.Before he pursued his own entrepreneur opportunities, Mr. Chen spent 14 years with BellSouth Corporation and BellSouth China in different senior management positions as he established strong business and government relationships in China, Taiwan and Japan.

Mr. Chen holds a MBIS degree of Business Information Systems, a MBA degree in Marketing and Financial Management, and a BS degree of Marine Biology Engineering.

Mr. Chen was a past President of Monte Jade Science & Technology Associations (Southeast Chapter) in Atlanta, Georgia.He is currently serving as a board member of Atlanta Chinese Community Center.
