   Dr. Chen brings to his Director role more than 25 years of experience in the high-tech, consumer electronics, wireless, and telecommunications industries.His responsibility includes guiding business developments, and products strategies.He will also oversees all aspects of the Company's US operations.
   
   Dr. Chen's past experience includes over 13 years of career with Hughes where he held various key positions including engineering, marketing, program, and business unit manager in the Industrial Electronics Group.After corporate career, he played a pivotal role in the founding of the start-up venture, QuinStar Technology.He was also involved in the launching of wireless communication business venture at Microtek Lab., and subsequently served as the spun-off company's president and CEO.He has also served as an acting Chief Operating Officer, and V.P. of sales at PV America, for the in-car infortainment (short for information, entertainment) business.
   
   Dr. Chen earned his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, and Ph. D. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Michigan.
