Huey-Shang Chen, Ph.D., is Manager at Bao Dah Investment Corporation in Taipei, Taiwan.Prior to joining Bao Dah, Dr. Chen was Manager at Shing Ying Hong Investment Co.Ltd., which is a subsidiary of Chung Shing Commercial Bank in Taipei and CYPAC Investment Management Limited.Dr. Chen's venture capital experience is in the investment evaluation and the post-investment management of the high-tech and biotechnology industries.Dr. Chen has initiated ten bio-related projects in the United States.
