   Hua received his B.S. in Biology in 1995 from the University of Science and Technology of China, his M.S. in Biochemistry in 2000 from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and his J.D. in 2003 from Northwestern University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Delaware only. He is not yet admitted in California.
   
   A native of Mainland China, Hua speaks fluent Mandarin, can read and write in Chinese, and is conversant in Shanghainese.
