   Hsiou-ling Chen is a Partner of Sycamore Ventures.
   
   Prior to joining Sycamore Ventures, she served as the General Manager at Ta Chong Investment Trust Co. until 1999. Starting as an Executive Trainee at Citibank Taiwan in 1981, Ms. Chen had enjoyed a distinguished career at Citibank. From 1989 to 1999, Ms. Chen was the country head of Citibank Private Bank in Taiwan where she also managed teams from Hong Kong, and Singapore. Under her leadership, Citibank managed the largest private client asset in Taiwan among all competing banks. In addition, she also worked with Citibank Global Finance Group on distribution of sophisticated financial products and advised on numerous corporate finance transactions in Taiwan and US. Ms. Chen served as a member of Country Asset and Liability Committee, and Country Policy Committee in Citibank Taiwan. Prior to joining Citibank, Ms. Chen was a columnist for United Daily Newspaper form 1979 to 1980.
   
   Hsiou-ling earned her Masters degree in East Asian Studies from the National Cheng Chi University in Taiwan, and another Masters degree in International Studies from the University of Washington in Seattle. She has also participated in the Executive Program for Global Leadership at the Harvard Business School.
