Dr. Hsinchun Chen, Chief Technology Advisor, has over 15 years of IT engineering and marketing experience. Dr. Chen is McClelland Professor of Management Information Systems at the University of Arizona and head of the UA/MIS Artificial Intelligence Lab which he founded in 1990.
