   Frank Chen Vice President of Product Management Frank is responsible for defining the product features and programs that comprise the Respond.com experience, including product management and user experience. Most recently, Frank was a Director of Product Management at the Sun-Netscape Alliance, where he managed the company's directory and security business. Frank graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BS in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University.

When I needed a splash guard for my Kitchen Aid mixer, I put in a request, and I had one at my front step in no time-and cheaper than from any other Web site. Then, my well-worn and much-adored Sennheiser headphones were due for a replacement. I submitted the model number of my old pair and within three hours of my request, I had several great recommendations on new models I could upgrade to!
