   Francy Chen, VP of Technology
   
   Francy graduated from Cal State, Hayward with a B.S degree in Computer Science. After graduation, she has been working in the Information System & Technology with extensive experience in designing, developing, and supporting applicaitons acorss many functional areas. Currently, she works at Aspect Software and is responsible for Web, ERP Finance, and CRM information systems. Francy started her MSIS program with Santa Clara University in 2004 and joined WIB in 2005. At WIB, she is building and enhancing web site to engage student activies, and in particular working with VP of Conference to promote the annual WIB conference. She is also a volunteer at the local school. Francy believes that WIB provides a great opportunity for students with diverse background to network and share their knowledge and experience.
