   Eliza Liyun Jiang Chen Faculty of Management, University of Toronto at Scarborough Eliza Liyun Jiang Chen is a Co-op Management student at the University of Toronto at Scarborough (UTSC) . She came to U of T from Panama, on a prestigious government scholarship. Immediately after arriving on campus, Eliza became involved with the U of T Model United Nations (UTMUN) club and went on to become the president. She led the UTMUN delegation to a number of conferences at several North American universities, such as Harvard and McGill. She was also involved in the Management and Economics Students' Association (MESA) as the publications manager.
   
   Eliza has always promoted her Chinese and Panamanian heritages in her extra-curricular work at U of T. She volunteered as a student coordinator for the Hispano American Business Leadership Agency and directed a free tutoring program for children of new immigrants to Canada.
