   Dr. David Chen brings to OTC Wireless more than twenty-five years of industrial experience in the telecommunication and data networking technologies. Dr. Chen has been the Director of Software and VP of Engineering at several high tech companies. He is most recently with American Multiplexer Corporation and SatCom Media as VP of Engineering. Dr. Chen had worked on developing satellite based multimedia communications where a number of technologies relevant to OTC were involved, including wireless LAN/WAN and streaming video. Dr. Chen is a co-inventor of the "ISDN over Satellite" patent. He also held senior and middle management positions at WISE Medical Systems, Trimble Navigations, UNiSYS, and NEC. In these positions, he and his teams had successfully developed many leading-edge products in communications and networking. Dr. Chen earned his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from State University of New York at Buffalo. He spent four years in an academic position before joining the industry segment.
