Dr. David Chen brings to OTC Wireless more than twenty-five years of industrial experience in the telecommunication and data networking technologies. Dr. Chen has been the Director of Software and VP of Engineering at several high tech companies. He is most recently with American Multiplexer Corporation and SatCom Media as VP of Engineering. Dr. Chen had worked on developing satellite based multimedia communications where a number of technologies relevant to OTC were involved, including wireless LAN/WAN and streaming video.
