   Mr. Chen's practicing areas encompass intellectual property, technology transfer, E-commerce and information technology protection, property restructuring, merger and acquisition, foreign investment, commercial contracting, civil litigation and arbitration, etc.He has handled more than 1000 cases of various types to date, based on which he has established rich theoretical and practical expertise, particularly in the field of intellectual property and enjoyed a high professional reputation thereof.Mr. Chen has successfully represented a large number of well-known multi-national companies and organizations in their investment, corporate reconstruction, contractual disputes and IP-related legal issues such as Microsoft, Adobe, American Film Association, Nike, American Western Bank, Themoset Co.Ltd., GE, Pepsi, Kuno Moser Co.Ltd., Taprogge Co.Ltd., Zwilling Ja Henckels Ltd., Jaguar, Philips, Hyundai Co.Ltd., Fusei Co.Ltd., Koreana Co.Ltd., Ashahi, NSK, Schafstall MBH, etc.Meanwhile he serves as a counselor for the Municipality of Shanghai Pudong New Area and also for quite a few Chinese and foreign enterprises.
