   David Chen (mechanical engineering and material science), received his J.D. cum laude from New York Law School in 1999, and his B.S. degree from the University of Connecticut in 1993.Mr. Chen is engaged in prosecution and litigation of patents, trademarks and copyrights.Mr. Chen obtained patent and trademark rights for clients in various technologies, including surgical instruments, electrochemical sensors, computer software, materials, analytical instruments, clothing, and footwear.Prior to becoming Counsel, Mr. Chen was an Associate with the firm for a number of years, and prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Chen worked as a design engineer in the fields of aircraft engine components, test equipment for aircraft engines, wind tunnels, and heat treatment of materials. Mr. Chen is admitted in Connecticut and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
