   Clarence has more than twelve years experience in manufacturing operations, software, and strategy consulting. Clarence co-founded Avere with a vision to build a company that would redefine the way users experience supply chain applications. At Avere, Clarence works with Avere's deep domain experts to bring to market the next-generation solution.
   
   Prior to Avere, Clarence was at Rapt, where he held a number of roles including Director of Product Management for Rapt's supply planning product. Prior to Rapt, Clarence was a Senior Manager at Accenture's (NYSE: ACN) Supply Chain Strategy Practice focusing on Electronics & High Tech and Energy vertical clients in Asia, Europe and Latin America. At Accenture Clarence led teams to integrate supply chain planning techniques with execution of energy trading operations. Prior to Accenture, Clarence was at Genentech (NYSE: DNA) as a key member of new drug introduction teams where he led the design and implementation of manufacturing operations for several leading blockbuster drugs including Activase, Rituxan, and Protropin.
   
   Clarence holds a graduate degree from UC Berkeley and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of CA. Clarence is fluent in four languages.
