   Cindy Chen With a diverse background in business and marketing, Cindy approaches market research with a strong business orientation. She helped develop several of Berrier Associates' proprietary research techniques to address major issues facing corporations, such as:
   
   Employee value research to increase employee commitment to higher performance Cultural compatibility research to facilitate successful integration in mergers and acquisitions Corporate image research to judge stakeholder views of a company
   
   Prior to joining Berrier Associates, Cindy was a senior account executive of McCann-Erickson Worldwide in Taiwan. She served international accounts, including Nestlé, Johnson & Johnson, and General Motors. Her expertise includes strategic marketing, product positioning, market segmentation, marketing communications and sales promotion. Before joining McCann-Erickson, Cindy worked in corporate management department of Taiwan Diamond Industrial Company, the leading manufacturer of diamond tools in Taiwan.
   
   Cindy holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and received her Bachelor's degree in business administration at National Sun Yat-Sen University in Taiwan. She also had been a competitive swimmer.
