   Chu-Yu Chen received his BS degree in engineering science from National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, in 1990, and his MS degree in electrical engineering from the University of Detroit, MI, in 1995. From 1996 to 1999, he was a research and teaching assistant in the EMC laboratory of electrical engineering at Oakland University, MI, where he obtained his PhD degree. He is currently an assistant professor in the department of electronic engineering, Southern Taiwan University of Technology, Tainan, Taiwan. His research interests include electromagnetic compatibility, microwave circuit design and computational electromagnetics.
