   In 1997, Chen founded Information Technology Advanced Training Corporation to fulfill his vision of developing IT professionals to fill the growing need for technical expertise. ITAT provides comprehensive IT training in Microsoft (MCSD, MC DBA), Oracle (OCP Developer, OCP DBA) and Internet (JAVA) certification and application development.
   
   Chen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Systems Applications and a Master of Science Degree in Technology of Management from American University.
