   Charles has over eleven years of manufacturing experience. His background includes over six years in the telecommunications industry and over five years in the medical technology industry on a global basis.
   
   He has held Executive positions for over six years and was strategically involved in setting up new companies internationally. His strategic leadership included organization design, selection of employees, training, improving and developing processes for new products and leading in new factory expansion. His managerial experience includes production, engineering, logistics, quality assurance, finance, and Human Resources.
   
   He was General Manager for a major manufacturing company where he led in moving the company to No. 2 in the global market.
   
   Charles has been a key player in contributing to the successful start-up of businesses in Shanghai and Suzhou (China). He led in transferring production from Denmark to China, Spain to China, Singapore to China, and Austria to China. His experience also includes acquisitions in Vienna, Austria.
   
   Charles has an Executive MBA from China Europe International Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
