   Mr. Chen is Chairman and a principal of HanStar Capital Partners Inc.; actively involved in international banking, corporate financial advisory services and pro-active organisation of direct investment projects. Currently, Mr. Chen is Chairman of King Tack Corporation, Taiwan and Chief Executive Officer of Hongguo Chemical Co. Ltd., a joint venture in the PRC which he helped to found. From 1988 to 1994, Mr. Chen was a principal of Danbros Trading Inc., active in trading of cement and pulp wodd products in Asia.
   
   Messrs. Hui and Chen enjoy a long history of association dating back to 1985 when Mr. Chen served as Prudential's chief representative in Taiwan and later joined Mr. Hui in co-founding HanLink Capital.
