   Boaz's promiscuous youth was cut off simultaneously by two things -- a date with his future wife and a draft notice from the Air Force - and all that was left to show was a small tattoo.
   
   During his service, Boaz specialized in designing air traffic control and operational systems. Although Boaz tends to break stuff around here, no planes crashed on his watch (at least so far...).
   
   Boaz excelled in Computer Science and Business Administration studies at Hebrew University, and thanks to his aptitude and comprehensive insight became a sought-after consultant, assisting many companies and organizations with numerous information systems projects and proposals.
   
   In his capacity as a consultant, Boaz led several government Internet projects, including the creation of a governmental ISP (Tehila) and a government directory (www.info.gov.il). In this framework Boaz met future Addwise co-founder, David Rashty.
   
   Boaz is a Co-Director of Addwise and heads all eCommerce projects. He mastered the art of crystallizing an idea from a vague outline into a rock solid concept. As the tech-wiz of Addwise, he's often called on to find the technical solution, bringing great ideas to completion. Boaz brings a business and user orientation to his projects.
   
   Boaz used to have hobbies but he claims they have been suspended until retirement, or at least until he gets to sleep, eat, and properly enjoy his family. (Can you believe it? - He's the boss and still complaining…).
