During his 18 years of software development in the Silicon Valley, Bing has held several key technical and management positions in industry leading companies including as I-Many, Vigilance, Fourth Shift, Tibco and Consilium. With the growing outsourcing trend seen within the software industry, Bing has extensive experience managing a variety of onshore contracting and offshore outsourcing teams based in different countries including India, Sri Lanka, and China.
With his experience in technical, software development process, management, and managing outsourcing team, Bing is the ideal person to lead the Shanghai Development Center for ProSource Development.
