   Prior to joining CocoCommerce, Mr. Chen co-founded REDSonic, a software company specializing in developing embedded Linux solutions for internet appliances, networking devices, and industrial automation. He served as Director of Engineering and was responsible for product specifications and development.
   
   Prior to co-founding REDSonic, he worked with world-class consulting groups Deloitte & Touché and Hewitt Associates; software firms Platinum (now Epicor) and Wonderware; investment institutions PIMCO and Pacific Life Annuities; and other large corporations such as satellite programming provider DIRECTV and HMO giant Kaiser Permanenté.
   
   Mr. Chen received his master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Taylor University, Indiana.
