   Mr. Chen is the chief strategy adviser to the BRC Management Team, and has provided guidance on business strategy and developed technology solutions utilized by the company. He brings over 13 years of experience from a career that has spanned 3 global corporations, including General Motors and IBM. During that time, he has held roles in engineering, manufacturing, product management, and corporate strategy. Mr. Chen has previously led large organizations (>50 persons) and successfully executed multi-million dollar projects.
   
   Mr. Chen holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering (Cum Laude) from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
