Adam has been a financial analyst for over eight years in the oil and gas industry in North America and China.He was at the business development group of Caltex Oil ( China) Corporation for three years in Shanghai, where he played a key advisory role in corporate M&A projects, and developed his skills in market research, financial due diligence and business valuation.He acted as a corporate financial analyst, working with Mercer Consulting on Caltex's China Strategy Study.In the last five years, Adam has been working as an analyst in the midstream and downstream area of a major Canadian integrated oil company in Calgary.His responsibilities include financial modeling and business valuation on various projects and M&A.Adam is also involved in a corporate hedging program as a risk management analyst.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and an MBA (finance and accounting).He is a Level III candidate in the CFA program.
