   Richard Chema, formerly the Criminal Chief of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Ohio and the Democratic candidate for U.S. Congress for Ohio's Third Congressional District in the Fall mid-term election, has become a partner at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP.
