   Paris - March 17, 2004 - Mounir Chelloul, 37, has been named a Partner at Atos Odyssée, Atos Origin's Consulting Division in France. He is in charge of management consulting services for the banking industry.
   
   A graduate of France's Ecole Polytechnique, Mr. Chelloul worked for seven years at Andersen Consulting-now Accenture-and Altis Consulting, where he headed major banking projects in the financial and capital markets. In 1994, he joined the Information System Division of Société des Bourses Françaises (today Euronext and Clearnet), and in 1998, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of SBF's American subsidiary, where he spearheaded efforts to attract traders to the Paris electronic markets and develop share trading by canvassing potential IPOs, raising awareness among key US banks and lobbying federal agencies.
   
   Since joining Atos Odyssée in 2001, Mr. Chelloul has chiefly been engaged in complex management consulting projects for banks involving labor, IT, organizational and legal issues.
