   Craig Chellis Senior Manager, Special Projects
   
   Prior to becoming PDC's Special Projects Senior Manager, Mr. Chellis served on the U.S. National Security Council Staff as Director for Defense Policy and Arms Control and on the U.S.-Russia Commission on Economic and Technological Exchange to facilitate joint programs for environmental monitoring.
   
   At the PDC, Mr. Chellis is involved with the strategic development of the program and a variety of special projects for the disaster management communities and serves as a liaison to many of the federal and state agencies.
