   Chellis Named Chairman for SCCIA Board of Directors
   
   Summerville, SC, February 12, 2007 - Converse A. Chellis, III, CPA, director with Dixon Hughes PLLC, has been elected to serve as the chairman of the South Carolina Captive Insurance Association's (SCCIA) board of directors. The SCCIA promotes the formation and growth of captive insurance companies within the state of South Carolina. Captive insurance programs are a valuable tool for any corporate entity looking for a better way to manage risk. South Carolina ranks 2nd in the nation in domiciled captives.
   
   Chellis serves as director of the captive insurance, litigation and property tax teams for the Dixon Hughes Charleston Practice Unit. Chellis also serves as State Representative for District 94.
