   Alan works in the PMI Project Management team - the group responsible for ensuring that our development and implementation tasks are completed "On time - On Budget - Guaranteed." Alan coordinates the work of the PMI technical staff with the demands and requirements of the PMI clients to ensure your complete satisfaction. In the execution of his duties and responsibilities, Alan uses tools such as Microsoft Project, project management software, to provide visual information about the progress and status of your project. He also uses Microsoft Sharepoint Server for on-line, real-time communication with you. The Project Management team makes sure you are never left in the dark.

   Alan came to PMI following a prior engagement that lasted 12 years and featured roles in finance and operations, culminating in the role of Director of Operations for a large technology provider. He holds a BS in Industrial Management from Purdue University. He is an active member of, is a past president of, and serves on the board of directors of the local chapter of APICS The Association For Operations Management, through which he has earned his Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) designation.

   Alan Chell, PMI Account Executive, earned the coveted Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) designation from APICS The Association for Operations Management . The CPIM certification requires completing a series of five in-depth production and inventory control related classes, and passing of a final exam at each stage, typically over the course of a year or more.
