   Whether they are aware of it or not, clients of The Hal Lewis Group, Inc. generally know the keen eye of HLG editorial director Joe Chelius through his experienced editing of their jobs as they pass through the agency. However, recently Chelius has been acknowledged for using his keen powers of observation in a completely different context: writing poetry. Last year, Chelius was honored as the Poet Laureate of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, a post he will hold until December 2001. During his tenure, Chelius has read his poetry at local schools and bookstores, in celebration of National Poetry Month, and for the Network of Victims Assistance. In October he will be reading for the annual Buckingham Peace Fair.
