   The Company employs over 25 consultants on a project specific basis to assist in evaluations including CPA's, MBA's and Analytical and Forensic experts, educated in evaluating and solving your frustration with the judicial system.
   
   Mr. Chelius has been in practice for 25 Years. He is a member of The American Bar Association, The State Bar of California, The Los Angeles and Orange County Bar Associations, and is "A-V Rated" by Martindale Hubbell, a national independent lawyer referral service. He is admitted to practice before the Federal Tax Court, The United States District Court, Central District of California, and The Court of Appeals, 9th District. He is also admitted to all Trial Courts in California, the Court of Appeals and the California Supreme Court.
   
   Prior to undertaking the presidency of Litigation Evaluation Service, Mr. Chelius had an active practice of law representing both public and private companies, and high net worth individuals. He served as Judge Pro-Tem for 12 years in the Orange County Court System. He is active in the community, serving as advisor to various civic groups.
