Ms. Helen K. Cheliotes

Ms. Helen K. Cheliotes, Assistant Superintendent, Long Beach City School District, Lido Beach, NY

Ms. Cheliotes has been the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction for the Long Beach Public Schools since 1997.She has been an adjunct professor at two colleges, a high school principal and assistant principal, dean of students, and a teacher of mathematics.

Ms. Cheliotes holds Masters and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Queens College (New York) and has a Certificate of Advanced Study from Hofstra University.She serves as the Vice Chair of the CSS Membership and Accreditation Committee.

Helen K. Cheliotes is currently the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Adult Learning Services for the Long Beach School District.In addition, she currently works as an adjunct professor at the College of New Rochelle as well as at the College of Saint Rose.
