   Rajesh Chelapurath founded Ceera Investments, LLC in April 2005. He functions as the portfolio manager for all of our clients.
   
   Rajesh Chelapurath began his career in investment management and research when he joined the Burnham Financial Group's Houston office in 1998 (The Burnham Financial Group oversees approximately $1.2 Billion in assets firm wide encompassing two subsidiaries--Burnham Asset Management, that includes its Houston division, Stark Capital Management, and Burnham Securities, Inc.). As Investment Analyst, and later as Associate Managing Director, Rajesh was part of a three-member portfolio management team that managed over $100 Million in assets (equity and fixed income) for high net worth individuals, profit sharing and pension plans, trusts, and endowments. During his years at Burnham, he gained experience in securities research and analysis, investment strategy, portfolio management, trading, and client service.
   
   Rajesh also serves as the Chief Investment Officer of BITSAA Investment Committee that oversees the investment fund of the alumni of his alma mater, BITS, Pilani. He is a member of the Houston Society of Financial Analysts, the CFA Institute, and the Houston Entrepreneurs Forum. He holds the Series 65 securities license, and has held the Series 7 and Series 63 licenses while at Burnham.
   
   From 1993 to 1995, he was employed at Larsen & Toubro Limited (one of India's premier industrial conglomerates) in Bombay where he held marketing positions in product management, sales promotion, and customer service in their Medical Equipment Division.
   
   Rajesh graduated from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani, India in 1993 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronics and a Masters of Science degree in Physics. In 1998, he obtained an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, New Orleans.
   
   Rajesh currently serves on the Board of Trustees of BITSAA International, a BITS Pilani alumni organization and is a Charter Member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), Houston Chapter.
