   Yianni has significant experience in a broad range of debt finance transactions, including secured and unsecured facilities, local and cross-border transactions, plain vanilla loans and bonds, highly structured and complex banking facilities, shipping finance transactions, property development and project finance transactions and generally debt finance transactions of all types. He also has wide experience in restructuring and work-out arrangements and in monitoring "problem" loans.
   
   Yianni represents regularly a number of first-class international and Greek financial institutions doing business in Greece and large Greek and multinational corporates.
   
   Yianni is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, and is qualified as a dikigoros in Greece and as an attorney in the US. He holds a LLB from Athens Law School, an LLM (with honours) in admiralty from Tulane University in the US and a LLM in finance and shipping from University College London in England. He became a partner in 2006.
