He joined Hays Commercial Services when they acquired Axis Resources Ltd in 1998, following a successful MBO from the Tompkins Group plc. Steve played a senior role in the development of the Axis Resources business and MBO. Prior to this, his career has spanned numerous senior management roles in business process outsourcing and in the payroll and human resource business sector.
