Jason Cheetham started in the finance industry as one of only a handful of mortgage brokers back in 1992 after completing a Chemistry degree at Curtin University after leaving school. But although Jason chose to study chemistry for the analytical side of things, he was & still is a people person & that field just didn't have enough social contact.

Jason remained a freelance broker until late 1995 after working in the Mandurah & Rockingham areas where he met & arranged a home loan for his now wife of 13 years Jodie. However the property market was very stagnant down that way back then (my how times change!) so they relocated back to Perth where it was not long before Jason took on a job as a Mobile Lender with PriorityOne home loans (now AMP Banking).
