   Ram M. Cheerath, an Attorney admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Pennsylvania, in the United States , and in India, has been practicing law in the United States since 1989. Attorney Cheerath, being a first generation immigrant, fully understands the trials, tribulations, anxieties and frustrations faced by immigrants, whether such experience be before the Citizenship & Immigration Service, the United States Department of Labor, or a United States Consular Post located in a foreign country.
   
   Attorney Cheerath obtained his LL.M degree from the Dickinson School of Law Carlisle, PA, (now part of Penn State University), and has had the opportunity of gaining a wide spectrum of legal experience, beginning with a Judicial Clerkship, Law practice with a Law Firm, wherein duties included Trial work, preparation of Appeal Briefs, and arguing of Appeals before Appellate Courts, and as an Adjunct Professor teaching the Para Legal Program at the Penn State University, York, PA., Campus. Attorney Cheerath has conducted seminars organized by the Indo American Chamber of commerce and the Confederation of Indian Industries, ("CII"), and is the host of a regular TV ethnic talk show, that is seen in 85 countries.
   
   Mr. Cheerath is among one of the few lawyers who has had first hand knowledge and experience, both from the Employer's and the Immigrant/Employees perspective, experience he gained while working for Mastech Systems Corporation, Inc, Pittsburgh, PA,(now know as the "IGATE"), as Corporate Counsel, and Director Human Resources. Since setting up his independent Attorney practice in 1994, Attorney Cheerath has developed a client base of more than a hundred technology companies, including "Fortune One Hundred" companies, besides of scores of individual clients.
