   Julie has extensive experience in development consulting, financial analysis, and commercial property valuation. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia while working in the commercial banking business. After graduation Julie worked in the banking industry for several years before becoming a licensed real estate broker. She worked in the commercial brokerage business for Cushman and Wakefield in Nasvhille, Tennessee and Tampa, Florida. After several years at Cushman and Wakefield, Julie received her Florida General Appraiser certification and began appraising commercial properties in Florida. While appraising, Julie and Rob Cheek also founded Cheek Real Estate Services and began working for local and national clients in Jackson Hole. In 1995, the couple moved the company becoming Jackson's first, and only, commercial real estate firm. Julie is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute, a Wyoming General Certified Appraiser, and a Wyoming Licensed Real Estate Broker. Clients include local developers, Bank of Jackson Hole, Jackson State Bank, and the Jackson Hole Land Trust.
   
   When not working, Julie enjoys golf, hiking, cross country skiing, and her two feisty Jack Russell Terriers.
