   "We're totally at capacity," said Betsy Cheek, financial development director for the San Pedro and Peninsula YMCA. "There's no more room."

   But when the building next door went up for sale, Cheek said, YMCA officials decided to make their move. Volunteers have been renovating the building and hope to move in by mid-May.
   
   "The opportunity came up and we're just really, really thrilled," Cheek said.
