   Dato Dr. Thomas Chee, president emeritus of ARTDO International and conference chairman, said for the first time in Asia these leaders will gather and synergize with one unifying purpose of leaping forward with cutting edge practices.
   
   Organized jointly by Institute of Training and Development (ITD) and ARTDO International, the conference will consist of nine general learning tracks including World-Class Business Performance Improvement Analysis and Models, Strategic Execution and Global Competitive Advantage.
   
   Dr. Chee said eight pre-conference workshops willb e conducted in collaboration with American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), Foreign Trade University, Vietnam (FTU), Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), Assumption University, Thailand (AU), MITD, Thai Airways International (THAI) and Thailand Management Association (TMA).
