We are very pleased to announce that Laura Checkley joined the Property Litigation Team as a newly qualified solicitor in September 2004. She joined Dickinson Dees as a trainee solicitor in September 2002 having completed her Law Degree and LPC at Sheffield University. She spent part of her training contract with the Property Litigation Team and is now rapidly getting up to speed with all aspects of our work. Laura has experience primarily in residential property litigation matters and regularly undertakes work for our social housing clients. However, she is also involved in general commercial litigation matters. She is a confident advocate and often represents clients in County Court hearings. We are delighted to welcome Laura to the team which now comprises six solicitors, two legal executives, five paralegals, six secretaries and an administration assistant.
