   Mr. Boaz Chechik appointed CEO of Israel Credit Cards Ltd.
   
   The Board of Directors of Israel Credit Cards Company Ltd. approved on 25/8/2003 the appointment of Mr. Boaz Chechik as CEO of the company.
   
   Boaz Chechik supersedes Mr. Dov Kotler, who has been serving as CEO since March 2000.

   In his recent position Boaz Chechik has been serving as CEO of Elran Investments Ltd., an investment company specializing in the areas of infrastructure and real estate. During his term he led numerous projects, such as water distillation and power stations. Also led the acquisition of Dankner Investments, Dor Chemicals and Israel Salt Industries by Elran Investments.
   
   In the years 1997 - 2001 Boaz Chechik served as CEO of Sunfrost Ltd. During these years the company has moved to profitability, following periods of heavy losses. During the years 1985 - 1997 Boaz Chechik has served in senior management positions in Tnuva , among them as Head of the Diary Division.
   
   Boaz Chechik has a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management from the Technion and a master's degree in business administration from the Tel Aviv University .
