   iVideoNow, Inc., a supplier of Internet video solutions, today announced that Mark Chechelnitsky has been promoted to corporate vice president in addition to being named the company's chief technology officer.

   According to Chechelnitsky, these include the following: - iVideoNow search engine, which will increase the system's appeal and tility for entertainment, retail and other industries; - New programming utilities to facilitate the maintenance and deployment of the player the iVND system to increase in house output capabilities; - Stand-alone "boxable" iVideoNow application for business customers wishing to do their own video compression and hosting; - "Boxable" iVideoNow application for consumers seeking a presentation tool to showcase their home videos. In addition, the company is engaged in several other research and development projects, including development of prototype VNOW applications for two large potential markets: distance learning higher education and surveillance.

   Prior to joining iVideoNow, Chechelnitsky was a web developer with Suin Technologies of Los Angeles. His experience also includes being a webmaster at UCLA and participation in the Multimedia and Creative Technologies Projects at the University of Southern California's Computer Science Department. He holds an M.S. in computer science from the University of Southern California, as well as a B.S. in physics from Kishinev University in Moldavia.
   
   iVideoNow, Inc. designs and develops complete multimedia and Internet communications solutions for corporations.
