   In 1987 Paul decided to take the knowledge and experience he had gained from working 7½ years for the IRS and put it to good use by starting his own tax business. He prepared tax returns for family and friends and represented people at IRS audits. The business grew and in 1989, after working out of the house, he opened his first office.
   
   Paul uses his past experience as an IRS auditor, revenue agent and tax law specialist to help clients get the best tax advantage possible; he is an advocate for his clients. He has extensive experience with individuals, partnerships, corporations, and is an exempt organization specialist. He is also very adept in dealing with the IRS and Franchise Tax Board in matters of collections and audits. Other Enrolled Agents seek out his advice and expertise when they have client issues they are not able to handle.
   
   In addition to his B.A. in Business Administration and his M.B.A., he is also very active in his local chapter of California Society of Enrolled Agents.
