   Krista Cheatham joined the firm in 2003 and has a litigation practice.
   
   EXPERIENCE Ms. Cheatham has experience in all aspects of commercial litigation and arbitration. Prior to joining Heller Ehrman, she practiced litigation for a prominent law firm in Washington D.C. She served as principal assistant to neutral arbitrator, Hon. William H. Webster, former CIA and FBI Director and Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
   
   Before becoming a lawyer, Ms. Cheatham spent 11 years as a Naval officer working in various positions in the defense intelligence community. She served as a political/military intelligence analyst for the Defense Intelligence Agency and a cryptologic officer for a National Security Agency (NSA) field station. Most recently, she worked as a staff officer to NSA's Assistant General Counsel for Information Systems Security (INFOSEC), where she was responsible for briefing constituent departments as well as external departments and agencies on the legal authorities governing the INFOSEC mission.
