   Shawn Cheadle is currently Corporate Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Regional Vice President of Cougar Components Corp., where he runs Cougar's Lakewood, Colorado facility. Mr. Cheadle's primary areas of practice include importing and exporting compliance, Defense Priority Ratings and other FAR compliance, risk management, contracts, employment law, and corporate governance. Mr. Cheadle serves on various management teams, including Business Development, Internal Audits for quality certifications, and he is the Lean-Pathways Coordinator for the company's lean manufacturing program with Rockwell Collins and the Navy Mantech group. Mr. Cheadle is also responsible for much of the company's marketing as part of his Business Development role, the responsibilities of which include website design and administration, design and development of all print media including advertisements, catalogs and brochures. Previously, Mr. Cheadle was the Managing Partner of the firm Cheadle & Cheadle, LLC, where he practiced business, criminal and domestic relations law. He is a member of the CBA, DBA and ACC America, Colorado Chapter. He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver, College of Law, and his BA in English, from San Jose State University, where he studied under the Career Writing program.
